IPM Drum Mixer Upgrades.

IPM Drum MixerWe would like you to know that IPM makes every effort possible to control our raw materials cost for the products we manufacture. There have been a few times which have required some adjustment-one of them being the mixer. I have maintained my present price on the mixer for over a year now.
We hope that everyone has been satisfied with the quality of the product. International Pump has made improvements to the mixer - the most important ones were adding a ball valve shut-off instead of the needle valve. The needle valve is still available, it just doesn't shut the mixer off quickly enough in the event of an emergency. Also the new in-line oilers which mount on the mixers don't function with the needle valve set-up.
The other change was the larger mufflers which had two functions - the most important being the reduction in the decibel rating - we went down about 15% in overall noise reduction. The second advantage was that the mixer runs faster due to the mufflers new design.
The pricing on the IPM DM-101 P/N 604001 (pneumatic drum mixer) will increase in price to $620.00/each. This price changed on February 25, 2010.
