Increase the Flexibility in your Whip Hose.

In order to eliminate confusion over the proper assembly of the whip hose, please review the procedure below. The whip hose is designed to be installed in a helix configuration. By installing the hose in the helix configuration the flexibility of the hose will be increased by up to 60%. Assembly procedure:

Tighten fittings to A and B component hoses. Ensure the hose remains flat after fittings are tightened. Loosen and retighten fittings as necessary to eliminate any torque on the hoses. This will help achieve a flat profile on the hose assembly. Refer to instruction manual 309572 for more information.
