TESTING FEE SCHEDULE
For Diamond Liners, Inc.
Santa Fe Springs, CA

After close review of the procedures necessary to conduct quality test spraying for chemical companies and manufacturers, we find it appropriate to implement a Standardized fee to cover the following expenses:

1) Time to purge hoses with cleaning solution
2) Loss of material in lines
3) Disposal of hazardous waste
4) Electrical
5) Cleaning of gun before, during, after as necessary
6) In house supplies – mold release, tape, plastic, sandpaper, filters
7) Over viewing by management
8) Applicators labor and assistant as seen appropriate (3 hours)

Our Standardized fee will be $500.00, covering the above 8 items. If more than 3 hours is required to complete the test, the rate will be at $75.00/hour.

Additional, the expense of DINP at $84.60/5 gallon pail will be charged if used.

If we are asked to do prototype spraying with material we customarily use, we will charge as follows:
1) $75.00/hour starting at set up – for sprayer, assistant and management over sight.
2) $4.89/pound for material used, including all supplies.
