L.A. Fire Department Command Vehicles Depend on Diamond Liners Durability

Diamond Liners has been a familiar name within the Los Angeles Fire department for a long time. Many firefighters have elected to bring their personal vehicles in for truck bedlining and several apparatus operators and engineers have come in with bracket coating jobs.

L.A. Fire has recently been utilizing Diamond Liners to coat custom built center consoles and “pods” (which hold touch screen computers) in the back of fourteen of their command team Suburban vehicles. The customer cites reasons for choosing Diamond Liners that include: durability, long-lasting results that require little maintenance and a product that is easy to clean. They also like that the final product does not show fingerprints, and has a finish that resists chipping and scratching. The state of the art command vehicle Suburbans specifically require a custom, specialized solution that will last.

To meet this objective, Diamond Liners blasts, cleans, primes and then coats the consoles, using a Fusion MP spray gun.
