Graco has announced the release of the Reactor A-XP1 plural-component sprayer. This entry-level, high-pressure, air system is best for low to medium-output applications and is an excellent value for both residential and commercial use.

Like the popular A-25, the A-XP1 has easy to use digital controls, giving the air systems ability to maintain consistent temperature control - even when spraying at maximum flow rates - resulting in a better quality coating.

The A-XP1 is designed to spray up to 1.5 gal/minute at the max temp of 170°F and pressures up to 3500psi; making it ideal entry-level system designed to spray both hybrid and pure polyureas.

The Reactor air systems use three independent heat zones allowing for precise control of the iso, resin and hose heat; making this a reliable solution for spraying different chemical viscosities.

Giving customers peace of mind, the Reactor A-XP1 and A-25 use the Graco trusted NXT Air Motor, allowing low air consumption for increased efficiency.
