Allegro

All products, equipment and parts (collectively “Product” or “Products”) sold by Allegro, either directly to its customers, or indirectly from its suppliers or distributors to their customers, are warranted, to the original end-user purchaser who/that receives the original, unaltered Product (“Purchaser”), to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one (1) year from the date of sale to the Purchaser, when installed properly and used normally and in accordance with written operation instructions, if any (“Limited Warranty”) (“Warranty Period”).

Exclusions:

defects or damage caused by or resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, accident, carrier handling, improper packaging in shipment; abuse, misuse, neglect, unusual physical stress, cosmetic damage, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural disasters
normal wear and tear
any modification of any part of the Product
damage caused by using the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Allegro or written instructions
malfunctions resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Allegro
defects or damage caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation or adjustment
defects or damage caused by installation and/or service performed by anyone who is not authorized by Allegro.

Graco

Graco warrants all equipment manufactured by Graco and bearing its name be free from defects in material and workmanship on the date of sale by an authorized Graco distributor to the original purchaser for use. With the exception of any special, extended, or limited warranty published by Graco, Graco will, for a period of twelve months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment determined by Graco to be defective. This warranty applies only when the equipment is installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Graco’s written recommendations.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover, and Graco shall not be liable for general wear and tear, or any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, or substitution of non- Graco component parts.
Nor shall Graco be liable for malfunction, damage or wear caused by the incompatibility of Graco equipment with structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Graco, or the improper design, manufacture, installation, operation or maintenance of structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Graco.

International Pump Manufacturing (IPM)

International Pump Manufacturing, Inc. (IPM) warrants the equipment it manufactures to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the day of sale by an authorized IPM distributor to the original purchaser. IPM will at its discretion repair or replace any part of the equipment proven to be defective. Shipping costs will be covered by the maufacturer in the event the defect is IPM's responsiblility. Warranty is not considered country specific - international claims will be treated the same as domestic claims.

Exclusions:

This warranty applies only when the equipment is used for the intended purpose and has been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the written recommendations.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for the purchaser.
No other warranties (expressed or implied), including warranties for fitness of purpose or merchantability, or non-contractual liabilities are made, including product liability, whether on negligence or strict liability basis.

J. Calman Industries

J. Calman Industries LLC, warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. A defective product may be returned for a free replacement within 30 days of purchase, provided the tool is returned to J. Calman Industries LLC immediately after discovery of the defect. Customer
satisfaction is a priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with this tool, customer may return product within 14 days
of purchase. After that there is a 25% re-stocking fee for returned merchandise.

Exclusions:

This warranty excludes blades, brushes, bolts, bearings and other consumables which must be replaced under normal use and service.
This warranty shall not apply to any product or part which is used for a purpose for which it is not designed.
All warranties on product become void if there is evidence of tampering, attempted repair, abuse or rework of any part that is not authorized by Calman Industries in writing.

What does this limited warranty cover:

This limited warranty will cover the heating device within the product for defects in material and/orworkmanship for a period of 1 year of delivery.

This warranty will cover the integrity of the welds and integrity of outer material for 1 year from day of delivery

What this limited warranty does not cover:

No limited warranty shall apply when damage is caused by any of the following:

A power surge caused by any power source.
Damage to outer shell when the product is not moved according to instructions.
Placing of one product on top of another product while plugged into a power source.
Folding part of the product over on top itself when plugged into a power source.
Abusive treatment of product while being moved, including, but not limited to:
- Dragging or draping the product over sharp objects
- Dragging or hanging the product by a plug wire
- Driving equipment onto or over the product

SAS Safety Corp.

Any goods sold by SAS Safety Corp. under the terms and conditions contained herein that may prove defective by reason of material workmanship within 90-days after shipment will be replaced. SAS Safety Corp. Oil-less Air Pump has a 1-year manufacture defect warranty to the original owner from the date of puchase.
