HULK II GRANULATED FILL PUMPING SYSTEM

The HULK II OEM Granulated Pumping System is available exclusively through Poly-Fil™ and Polycoat Products. It was developed for the demanding production required by the OEM Tire Mounting and Filling Facilities. The HULK II is available in 460 VAC 60 Hz 3 Phase power and 380 VAC 50 Hz 3 Phase power configurations. The base model is will process oil based tire-fills with rubber crumb OR tire-fill Regrind. Upgrade model available for running both Water Based and Oil Based Fills. The HULK II utilizes a HMI touchscreen to facilitate machine operation and provide the operator with real-time display of key process parameters. 5 mix ratios are available with a maximum fill rate of 40 LBS/Min.
