Legacy 12FS Oxide Primer is a two component, high solids, liquid applied primer with unique penetrating characteristics.

Allow Legacy 12FS Oxide Primer to become tack free before applying the coating. Approximate tack free time is 2-4 hours at 75°F (24°C) and 50% relative humidity. If the primer has remained tack free for more than 12 hours, it is necessary to solvent wipe surface with VOC-compliant solvent and re-prime.
