Educational Courses

Courses are held in conjunction with industry organizations (such as the Polyurea Development Association, Spray Foam Association, and The Coatings Society), with equipment manufacturers, or with chemical companies. For example, Diamond Liners has hosted the Polyurea Development Association's (PDA, www.pda-online.org) Applicator Spray Course, which includes the successful operation and setup of polyurea spray equipment and in-depth analysis of commercially available equipment designs and necessary hardware components to assure successful application of spray polyurea. Diamond Liners also works with the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA, www.sprayfoam.org) to offer spray foam application training for the SPFA's Professional Certification Program (PCP), an internationally recognized certification that meets the ANSI/ISO 17024 Standard. Individual certifications are available at four different levels in both the insulation and roofing categories. Finally, Diamond Liners hosts training and certification courses offered by The Coatings Society (SSPC, www.sspc.org), which includes a range of topics such as Abrasive Blasting Program, Fundamentals of Protective Coatings, Master Coatings Inspector Certificate, Marine Coatings, and more.
