Heated hoses are an expensive investment and need to work properly to assure materials are correctly applied.
Are you tired of:
- Duct taping the entire hose bundle to protect it?
- Scuff guard snagging and ripping on every rough surface and nail on a job site?

We have the solution - the new Graco Reactor Heated Hose Bundles, built with Xtreme-Wrap Scuff Guard.
The Xtreme-Wrap Scuff Guard is a more robust, more durable scuff guard designed to hold up to the toughest field condiditons, and will help protect hose investmensts for longer life with less maintenance.
Xtreme-Wrap will be the standard scuff guard on 1/4" whip hoses (part numbers: 246050 and 246055). List price on the whip hoses will remain the same.
The existing 50' hose bundles will still be available with the current scuff guard and created new hose bundles with the Xtreme-Wrap Scuff Guard. For all new 50' hoses with Xtreme-Wrap, the List Price will be $225 more than the current hose with the standard scuff guard.
The last three digits of the new hose bundles will be the same as the last three digits of the current hoses. This will help you easily identify the same hose built with the two different scuff guard options.
For example:
- 24Y678 with new Xtreme-Wrap
- 246678 current hose
The new Xtreme-Wrap Scuff Guard can be added to any whip hose or any 1/4" or 3/8" x 50' hose already in the field. The part numbers for the hoses and kits are listed in the table below.
